The Gadfly
-
Description
-
"The Gadfly is a peer reviewed undergraduate journal of philosophy sponsored by the LaGuardia Community College Philosophy Club. The journal is published once a year in LaGuardia's Spring semester in both print form and online. This will hopefully allow a wider audience.
The Editorial Advisory Board includes faculty members.
The journal aims to give undergraduate students the opportunity to publish their philosophical musings. Though we recognize that we are but undergraduates we feel we should have a space to freely express our opinions, thoughts, and ideas. After-all, there is but one requirement to be a true philosopher: a love of wisdom. And that we do have."

68° North: A Visual Journey Through the Alaskan Wilderness

By meeting with local indigenous people, they were able to experience their culture and understand the people’s relationship to their natural surroundings. The entirety of this unique trip was documented by each student through photography and video.
68° North was made possible with generous support from Chris and Zoe Craymer.
